Bellarmine University's Center for Community & Professional Education has an opening for a Part-Time Program Coordinator. This Program Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of processes pertaining to the enrollment of students in courses and programming offered through the Center for Community and Professional Education.

This position is Part-Time, Non-Exempt allocated for 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is possible. 

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Process registrations, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds of over 2,500 Community Education Students for courses/camps/programs/events.
• Answer CCPE and Veritas phone lines and email accounts, respond to inquiries, take registrations, handle complaints, keep students & faculty updated when changes occur
• Assist in coordinating all activities and classes sponsored by the Veritas Society
• Track enrollments, reconcile revenue statements, and compile evaluation results for all courses/programs/events. 
• Maintain the Continuing Education and Veritas Society social media accounts
• Assist and support the Director of Continuing Education in all functions of the department

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Conscientious about attending to detail

• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills, able to work and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds 

• Able to work independently and proactively while being adaptable in a fast pace environment

• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years in an office setting
